Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at xander@shopsentez.com and include your order number. As we are currently processing returns manually, our team will provide you with return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order if stock is available.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
